- 8oz(225g) smoked sausage, sliced

- 1/4cup(60ml) soy sauce
- 1/4cup(85g) honey
- 2cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tspfresh ginger, grated (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1/2 tspred pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

- Prepare the Sauce:In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes, if using. Set aside.
