A delightful breakfast recipe combining sweet cinnamon rolls with fluffy scrambled eggs for a unique and tasty experience.


Ingredients

  • 1can pre-made cinnamon rolls (with icing included)
  • 6large eggs
  • 1/2 cupmilk (or cream for extra richness)
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cupcooked bacon or sausage, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 cupchopped vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Separate the cinnamon rolls and place them evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Optionally, roll out the cinnamon rolls to soak up more egg mixture.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add any optional ingredients.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and bake for 25–30 minutes.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
Allow the dish to cool before icing.
Prepare the egg mixture the night before for convenience.
