Ingredients
- 1large cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 6 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspOld Bay seasoning
- ½ tspchili pepper
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 ozsharp white cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 ozparmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into small, bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, chili pepper, and black pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
