- 2 cupscherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ozfresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 cupfresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoonsolive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic reduction for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
