- ¼ cupwalnuts, toasted and chopped (optional)

- 1 tablespoonhoney
- 1 teaspoonDijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the blueberries and mixed salad greens.
- Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
- Toast and chop the walnuts, if using.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, blueberries, and peach slices.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
- Add the toasted walnuts, if using.
