- ¼ cupsour cream (or Greek yogurt for a healthier alternative)
- 2 tbspchipotle sauce
- 1 tbspolive oil
- ½ tspsmoked paprika
- ½ tspgarlic powder
- ½ tspcumin
- ½ tspsalt
- ½ tspblack pepper
- 1 tbspbutter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chipotle sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the seasoned chicken, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until warm and fragrant.
- Lay the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread sour cream evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top.
- Add the warm chicken in the center.
- Top with diced avocado, tomatoes, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
- Fold the sides inward and roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Melt butter and place the wraps seam-side down.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat, cut in half, and serve immediately with extra chipotle sauce or sour cream for dipping.
Notes
Adjust the amount of chipotle sauce to control the spiciness.
For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas and Greek yogurt.
