ThisCheesy Garbage Bread Delightis like a pizza roll on steroids—stuffed with sausage, pepperoni, fresh veggies, and two kinds of cheese, then baked until golden brown and gooey. Served with marinara on the side, it’s the ultimate appetizer, party food, or casual dinner with majorwow factor.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) Pizza Dough
  • ½ lb Cooked Sausage, crumbled
  • ½ cup Pepperoni Slices
  • ½ cup Bell Pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese????
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Marinara Sauce, for dipping (optional)????

Instructions

  1. Roll the pizza dough out on a clean, lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
  2. Evenly spread the filling mixture over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
  3. Starting from the long edge, roll the dough into a tight log, pinching the seam and ends to seal.
  4. Transfer the rolled bread to your prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  5. Bake for25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted inside.
  6. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping andenjoy every cheesy, savory bite!

Notes

Customize it! Add mushrooms, olives, jalapeños, or any leftover roasted veggies you’ve got.
Use store-bought or homemade pizza dough—both work beautifully.
Brush the top with a littlegarlic butterbefore baking for extra flavor and shine.
For crispier crust, bake directly on apreheated pizza stoneif you have one!
