- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers are set.
- Cool on baking sheet for 3–5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
