  • 2eggs (room temperature)
  • 100 g(¾ cups) caster sugar
  • 90 g(½ cups) demerara sugar
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • 85 g(½ cups) dark or milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie batter by melting chocolate and butter together using a double boiler.
  2. Mix the melted chocolate with eggs and sugars until just combined.
  3. Prepare the cookie dough by mixing room temperature eggs and sifting dry ingredients.
  4. Layer the brownie batter and cookie dough in a baking tray.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
