  2. Blanch: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Submerge the cauliflower head first for 5 minutes, then remove and let it drain.
  3. Mix the Spices: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Season: Brush the cauliflower with the spice mixture, making sure it’s fully coated.
