Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts????
- 2 cups (200g) broccoli florets????
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper????
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced????
- 1 tbsp lemon juice????
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley????
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Cooked rice or quinoa(for serving)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry. Rub with1 tbsp olive oil,salt, andpepper.
- Grill over medium heat until cooked through (about 6–8 minutes per side depending on thickness).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Toss broccoli florets with remaining1 tbsp olive oil,salt, andpepper.
- Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes or grill until slightly charred and tender.
