Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce:In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes, if using. Set aside.

  3. Cook the Sausage and Broccoli:In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Remove the sausage and broccoli from the skillet and set aside.

  5. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until just tender. Remove the sausage and broccoli from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Cook the Shrimp:In the same skillet, add the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
