- 1/2 cupplain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsppaprika
- 1/4 tspcumin
Instructions
- Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
