Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa: A Delicious Recipe for You!

A delicious recipe for shrimp tacos topped with fresh mango salsa.


Ingredients

  • 1lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonchili powder
  • 8small corn tortillas
  • 1mango, diced
  • 1/2red onion, diced
  • 1jalapeño, minced
  • Juice of1lime
  • Salt and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Assemble tacos with shrimp and top with mango salsa. Garnish with cilantro.

Notes

Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño.
For a sweeter salsa, use a ripe mango.
These tacos can be served with avocado or sour cream if desired.
