Instructions
- If using rotisserie chicken, skip this step. If cooking chicken, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), season chicken breasts, bake for 25-30 minutes, and shred.
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. In a bowl, combine cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, pour tzatziki sauce over it, and gently fold in. Add diced red onion and mix until well coated.
- Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container.
